Day 5
This is why we are only supposed to get on the scale once a week. I was pumped to look today. It’s Monday, so it’s weigh in. Now to be honest, I had been looking every day up to today and was so happy to see the little decrease every morning. Today I get on and see a .2 decrease. Then I got back in bed for about 30 minutes. When I got back up I had to pee again so of course I looked at the scale again. My weight had gone up .4. After peeing! That made me sad. So, lesson learned. Only look on Monday. No exceptions.

5 minutes stretching
15 minutes treadmill
5 reps of 20 on the ab machine
10 minutes bike
30 minutes treadmill
10 minutes stretching
