Starting the juicing phase

Didn’t blog yesterday, as I wanted to wait until my exercise was complete. Waited too long and missed my window.
Yesterday I swam for a total of 2 hours in two 1 hour bites. That was fun.
Then I shopped for all my ingredients to ease into the Master Cleanse. I got apples, lemons, pears, kale, carrots, pineapple, broccoli, cranberries and cherries.
Today I’m having my first raw juice meal.
I made apple, carrot, pineapple juice and it’s delicious, if a little sweet. I should have added some ginger to even it out a bit but I didn’t have any on hand.
Only one liquid meal today. I’m starting slow. Tomorrow it will be two meals, which will be 3 full glasses, I think. That should be around 700 calories of my day. Sunday will be 1200 calories of juice and my last snack of solid food. Monday starts the Master Cleanse of all liquid. As I said before, I’m. To doing the cleanse to lose weight, I’m doing it to detox. Goodbye to years of bad eating! I will flush all the build up and yuck out of my system and start anew.
I’ve also learned my lesson about waiting to blog so here’s my exercise for the day.
