I’m nervous but ready!

Last day of the ease in. I get one solid food snack and that’s the last of it. The juicing hasn’t been too bad. I hope the lemonade is as workable as this phase.
I have been good and not looked at the scale for nearly a week. I don’t think I’ve lost much weight but possibly a little in the inches department. My workout clothes seem a little looser. Could be wishful thinking but I’ll know for sure tomorrow.
Day 11 (of 66)
5 minutes stretching
15 minutes treadmill
15 minutes bike
25 minutes abs and legs (3 sets of 15 medicine ball sit-ups, 3 sets of 15 elbow to opposite knee, 3 sets of 15 inside and outside hip abductors)
35 minutes treadmill
5 minutes cool down

646 calories burned
