I’m ready to move on to the next phase. I have already planned my first meal and I don’t even get to have it until Friday. I’m go an make a big ole Greek salad with extra olives. Mmm.
I’m also planning to have castelvetrano olives for my first snack. I’m obviously craving fat!
Good thing in have decided to do the keto diet. I have to shop for that soon. I’m doing a little later today and then the bulk of it on Sunday, I think.
I feel like the worked backward for me. I wasn’t hungry or cranky in the beginning but now I could cut someone for a cheeseburger. Lol. I’m cool. It’s on,y today and tomorrow and then I’m done!!!! Nearly there. I can do this!!
