Here I am on the last day of my cleanse. In fact, I really only have two meals left before I switch to homemade juice for 3 days. Ease out, here I come!!!
So ease out is opposite of ease in.
Day 1: 3 juice meals, one solid snack
Day 2: 2 juice meals, 1 solid meal and snack
Day 3: 1 juice meal, the rest solid food!
I think I said yesterday but I’m having castelvetrano olives for my first snack. If you haven’t tried them, you should. They are bright green Spanish olives and they are the best tasting thing I have ever had. Seriously. Now I love olives so I’m biased but YUM.
First meal: Greek salad, no tomatoes, extra olives. Lol.
Yesterday Matt and I went to get ingredients for Caveman Chili I’ll be deleting the packet of chili seasoning and using my own to lower the carbs. Also think I’ll skip the green pepper but regardless, here is a meal my husband and I will both love and I’ll just be the one adding the dairy at the end.
Btw, this caveman keto guy has an amazing website so you should look it over. I’m sure I’ll be adapting a lot of his recipes as they seem to kick ass!
Today was Vinyasa flow for an hour. It’s getting a little easier. I’m getting a little stronger. I really like the class and the teacher.
