The scotch eggs were the bomb! I will be modifying them slightly. The recipe calls for thick cut bacon but its unnecessary. I’d rather have the bacon crispy than have the thicker cut. Hubby doesn’t care for hard boiled eggs but he scarfed his down pretty fast.
As for my yoga routine… It’s not enough anymore. Really only been doing it for a couple of weeks but today I barely broke a sweat in the long class. It has dropped my resting heart rate way down though! 104 to 89 in 3.5 weeks (since I started this challenge) is pretty freaking amazing if you ask me.
So I’m doing cardio tomorrow. Gonna trade off during the week.
The diet is going well so far. I love the foods I’m allowed to have. I’m doing good on staying under calories and in my macro targets. Woo hoo!
Now to figure out what to have for dinner. 🙂
