Cardio and a milestone
I was good today. Slept way in due to a late night with a pal but when I finally got up and moving, I went straight to the gym to do my workout. Then I ran keto related errands by getting ketosis test strips and veggie shopping at Trader Joes. What did I learn? Walgreens app lies when it tells you things are in stock at your local. CVS is closer and “always has them due to the keto diet craze.” Trader Joes likes to package the hell out of their veggies. I do not need microwaveable Brussels. I can wash and cut them on my own, thank you very much. And broccoli doesn’t need shrink wrap. Also, no matter what, I always pick the slowest line.

22 minutes treadmill (1.25 miles)
15 minutes bike (2 miles)
3 sets of 15 outer hip abductors on 110lbs. (Up from 90 last week)
3 sets of 15 inner hip abductors on 110 lbs.
3 sets of 15 on the ab machine
35 minutes treadmill (2.25 miles)
