Cardio plus Yoga

Today I did cardio and yoga. It was the gentle yoga class so it wasn’t that taxing and I only did 15 minutes of cardio. I’ll be upping that gradually. First I’m gonna switch back to my Vinyasa class!
60 minutes Gentle Yoga plus 15 minutes treadmill (2.3 speed to 3.0 and .5 incline)
