First loss!
So after I came off the master cleanse I gained 7 lbs. Totally lied about it to MFP and only copped to a 3 lb gain. I was embarrassed and hated that rapid gain, blah blah. Anyway, moving on… Today when I stepped on the scale I was one pound below that liars weight. So technically I have lost 5 lbs since starting Keto, buuuut I can only claim one because of my fib.
Regardless, I have a loss! Woot woot! That’s right, eating fat is making me thin.
Gym circuit today was brief. The bachelorette party I planned is tonight so I have quite a bit to do.
