Adding the Sauna

Today I decided to sit in the sauna for a while after class. Some of my muscles seemed a little tight so I thought I’d loosen them up a bit. What a great idea! I was alone in the beginning but then some of my classmates came in. First they giggled at me stretching but then started doing it too. I’ve decided to add in 30min per day after yoga/cardio. It was a very nice sweat!
I did 60 minutes in yoga.

Lots of craziness happening in my life right now. Job offers are coming in and I’m not sure what to choose. It’s nice to be wanted!
